If you notice suspicious activity on your account, you can freeze your card right away from the SoFi web or mobile app under “More” and contact us as soon as possible! If you find fraudulent activity on your account, you’re also covered by the Visa Zero Liability policy.
See our Debit Card Agreement and Error Resolution Disclosure which secures our commitment that you won’t be held responsible for unauthorized or erroneous card transactions as long as you report them to us no later than sixty (60) days after the first statement on which the problem or error occurred was made available. Lost or stolen debit cards must be reported within 2 business days.
